Documents Required for Admissions
- Original education certificate: high school certificate or undergraduate, or post-graduate diploma, degree certificate with transcripts, translated in Russian language*. Applicants that graduated in countries, other than Russian Federation, Belorussia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Abkhazia, Armenia, Moldova, South Ossetia, Kazakh Republic, Kyrgyz Republic, Tadzhikistan, Ukraine and Turkmenistan, have to get certificates/diplomas nostrified (granted a recognition) for Russian Federation (ENGECON Dubai can assist with the process).
- For education certificates, issues by private schools or universities, it might be required to submit a copy of their license and governmental accreditation certificate.
- Russian Unified State Examination certificates. Citizens of countries other than Russian Federation, foreign school graduates and those that graduated from Russian high school before 01.01.2010 undergo entry exams in given subjects.
- Passport copy and UAE visa copy (if any).
- 12 colored pictures 3 х 4.
- Application Form, Student Form and Contract (to be filled in and signed personally by the applicant in
ENGECON Dubai branch or to be sent by courier (courier charges both ways paid by the applicant)).
*All translations should be done under the name mentioned in the applicant’s passport and / or Russian entry visa, and legalized by a notary public in Russian Federation or by a Russian consulate.
Documents Required for UAE Residence Visa Processing
- Passport copy.
- 12 colored pictures 3 х 4.
- Tuition payment receipt(-s).
- Contract between a student, university, and academy (infrastructure provider).
- Bank statement with the minimum amount of AED 30 000 (~ 8270 USD).
- Education certificate / diploma copy translated into English language. (ENGECON Dubai can refer to an agency doing that).
